Select all the tracks you want included in the export (note, if you are exporting music created with softsynths you'll need to be sure to grab both the MIDI tracks and their associated instrument tracks) then select the export menu items on the file menu.  The export dialog box has a lot of options for how to render the project to an audio file suitable for burning to CD.

^ Says it all. If you want to convert it to mp3, I think you have to get a converter program though, I haven't figured out how to convert with Sonar yet.

No need to convert to mp3 if you want to burn your songs to CD. Just convert it to a 16bit 44.1Khz stereo wave file.
MP3 are not as good as wave files. MP3 compress your audio and thats bad.
Mp3 are only good for posting your songs on the web and for putting them into your ipods.

Do not convert your wave files to mp3 for CD burning

Click the track number in a track a couple times until all the tracks are highlighted.
Or, hold down the computer keyboard's Ctrl key while selecting particular tracks.

Ctrl + a does the trick for selecting all tracks

Ctrl + shift + a selects None (which for export purposes is exactly the same as selecting all)
