Deleting measures in all midi tracks?

Deleting measures in all midi tracks?

Hi all. I can't for the life of me remember how to delete measures in midi tracks in Sonar 8.5. The help in Sonar can be very unhelpful sometimes. It didn't show up anything. Can someone shed some light?

    Select all (CTRL A) in track view.   Then select the time range you want to delete.
    The go to EDIT->DELETE.
    Choose the options that are appropriate (like "delete hole" for example).
    That should do it.
    There are situations where it won't do it because there are notes that are spilling over the boundary of the start time of the deletion point.   In that case, you can split those tracks first.
     
    It also is subject to your snap-to-grid settings.
