Got the explansion packs, but I am having trouble with the new Dimension Pro sounds... every time I try to load up one of the new sounds, I get the following error: Error Uncompressing Program Data - Program Load Failed.
I'm running under OSX in Logic Pro 7.

I have installed the expansion packs for both Dimension Pro and Rapture. The new dimension pro samples show up in Dimension Pro but the new Rapture samples do not show up in Rapture. I see them in the programs directory in their own folder just like the Dimension Pro version but they do not come up in the synth browser. What to do please?

CAW - Not sure what platform you are on, but check out the folder that holds all of Rapture's programs. At least on a Mac, you should see among the program folders, a file named programs.lst. If you throw that file away, and restart Rapture, the Expansion Pack programs should now show up within Rapture. The file seems to be like a preferences file in that if you delete it, it is recreated from scratch when you open the program again, this time reflecting the new programs. I've had to do this every time I added new sounds... sometimes even sounds I programmed and saved don't show up until I do this.

Well, quite a lot of the new patches in the Dimension-Pro Expansion Pack address obviously horror movie music makers, not so much useful for simple "Happy Tree Friends" music ....  But then - the
ExpansionPack1:Orchestral and
ExpansionPack1:Real Basses
are so nice !!! It only takes some time to find the beautiful pearls in the huge library. (And need to remember those names when actually needed). A great Thank You to the creators of those new patches.

I just found out about the Rapture and D-Pro free expansion packs today. (Am I ever behidn the times...)
I must say that I am very impressed with these.
These are not throwaway sounds at all. There are lots of great new presets overall (although I wish there were more sequences for Rapture - not complaining though!)
Those real basses in DimensionPro are excellent as well as the Orchestral patches.
Overall much better than I could have hoped for...especially for free!

Impossible to install the expansion pack on my mac G4. The installer ask me my serial number, I type exactly the same as Rapture. The installer says : invalid serial number !
I don't understand why.
The serial number works on rapture and not on the expansion pack
I don't know what to do.
I sent an email to Cakewalk but they never answered to me.
