Stupid mistakes while using Win7/64 bit VSTs

I've inadvertantly run Ozone and Alloy in their '32-bit forms' by not studying the VST-plug in layouts when selecting.  *CPU choke ... choke*
 
.... Just thought I'd share some of my bad techniques.

        I would classify that one as "unaware" and
    certainly not stupid.

     Laying down the best voc or guitar part that
    that I could never do again and realizing
    I didn't hit the (R) button might be a little
    closer to stupid.
