Rapture Crashing in Win 7 64

I noted some issues mentioned with 64-bit Rapture crashing in Vista and/or win 7. Anyone else experiencing this? I have applied the latest patch but Rapture VST dumps after playing back a short loop a couple times.
I'm running win 7 64 with plenty of RAM. This is a new build and so far the only problem.

If you are running SONAR as the host see if you can use a DXi version of Rapture instead of VSTi for any improvement.

Just tried that. KABOOM!  Did not last more than a second on playback.

Many of us have submitted bug reports on it and I think nearly everybody has experienced fairly consistent crashing with the x64 version of Rapture.  I've been using the 32-bit via BitBridge in SONAR 8.53, but I'd really like for them to get it fixed so we can actually use the 64-bit version.

They call 'em fingers, but I've never seen 'em fing.

Glad it's not just me. Seems to be the only real hangup I've encountered using Win 7 64.

How long can it take to fix this crash? It's been almost a year now.

I'm with you all.  Used Rapture LE consistenly on Sonar 7/Win XP, but after upgrade to Sonar 8pe/Win 7 (64 bit), Rapture LE now routinely crashes Sonar while in playback mode.  Was going to install full version of Rapture, but will wait (another year?!?!?!) for problem to be fixed.  Anyone aware of a fix coming?

Recent e-mail stated "Support is aware of the problem and it will be addressed in a future release."

    Hi All,

I'm seeing this behaviour as well.  How do we force it to use the 32 bit version instead of the 64 bit version?

    Cheers,

I downloaded this and Rapture 1.1, however it says I must uninstall.
I just updated to Win 7 64-bit and still working my way around. Is there an UNINSTALL feature for Rapture 1.0 or do I just delete all findings of Rapture and then install version 1.1 then upgrade to 1.2.2?

    Thanks

Should be able to uninstall via Start menu/Control Panel/Programs/Uninstall a program.

You could probably install 1.2.1 (make sure to install VST), then install 1.2.2 ontop of that.
