Dimension Pro problem!

Hi All,
 
I'm using Dimension Pro on an Imac OSX 10.6.3 and all is good, however I recently downloaded the free expansion packs and although they're showing in the browser menu, when I call up a patch it say's 'not found'. Any ideas folks? It's p***ing me off now!
