Need help with Side chaning

I was wondering if anyone with sonar 8.5.3 can create a dummy project with couple of audio tracks and synth tracks so I can understand what’s done as far as the Bus tracks and effects on the mixers. I tried following up some of the YouTube videos but I get lost. Im in to trance and house style music if it helps.
 
If anyone can create one for me and upload the blank project that would be awesome.
