Kontact 4 Player not showing up in GTP4

  I've scanned and rescanned a bunch of times and,the Kontact 4 Player won't show up in GTP4 as a soft-synth.The Kore 2 Player showed up as an effect and a soft-synth.I followed the directions and looked in the help docs and ,mostly ended up confused.Does anybody know what I need to do? I'm going to keep trying for now.Thanks
