Dimension Pro 1.5 Windows XP install error

Hi, the update worked fine on my mac, but on the PC I am getting an error after choosing my language as english.
a Runtime Error.

    Where are you launching the patch?

    Can you try launching from the root of your system drive?

    It was from my desktop.
    Hi, called support and they were able to figure it out.
    It was my kaspersky anti-virus software blocking the creating of the needed folder.........disabling kaspersky temporarily solved the problem.
