How do I get my Synth Rack window again?

Something has changed that when I view the synth rack it is now part of the PRV along side the busses.  How do I get the synth rack window as a separate window?

    can you drag it to the Tab section? weird.

    Computer - Intel Q9550, Intel BX48bt2 MB, W8 64 bit. 8 gb Ram, SSD  
    Hardware - Tascam Fw1884 Control surface only, Ni S49 Komplete Kontroll,Roland Quad Capture, Ni Machine,Kore, Focusrite A/D converter, Blue Mic, Roland Gaia, Akai Mpk49, Yamaha HS80 Monitors.
    Software - Sonar Platinum , Vengeance VPS bundle,Sugar Bytes Effectrix, Turnado, NI Komplete 10 Ultimate, Dune, Rob Papen  Blade , Delay, Punch Evolved.

    Right click on the tab at the bottom and select "Disable Tabbed"

    You don't mean literally along side the buses and part of the PRV, like somehow inside PRV, right? - You must mean that you have it tabbed.  There's a tab, you click it, and then you see the Synth rack, right? 

    Tabbed views can be pretty slick.  You can have PRV, Staff View, the Buses, and Video all tabbed and instantly available.  Console View is a primary screen like the Track View so doesn't get tabbed.
