Flying 101

This airline features some novel paintjobs. (Painted just up the road from me, in fact)

Check out pictures of their other planes on their site. I especially like the "Flying 101" motif.

All else is in doubt, so this is the truth I cling to.

Bapu's private airliner? (Painted by himself, in fact)

He designed the plane especially to accommodate all his UAD plugins. (He has them all dontcha know?)

We are looking forward to seeing it touch down safely at Heathrow in September.

It's good to see a company not take itself too seriously.  Those pictures remind me of a time many years ago when a flight I was on had a stopover in Lima, Peru.  Parked next to us on the runway was a commercial jet (can't remember the company) painted with flames like you used to see on hot rods.  Somebody must have thought it would look cool, but it didn't make me want to fly on that plane. . . .

    Hi,

Goodness ... now I can really enjoy that Syd Barrett song ... have you ever read the daily standard ... gotta have the color to really appreciate all that money spent on flying somewhere!

The original joke airliner paint job, of course, was our own Alaska Airlines, when they elected to paint a portrait of Charlie Manson on the tails of their planes.

    Flip ....

    ROTFLOL ... hahaha!

I was about to say that I don't need a paint job or an airplane to fly. I do so much of it in my dreams that airplanes are almost no fun for me at all.
