session drummer 2 no sound

I inserted session drummer 2 and get no sound.  It appears I have no input. When I click on any of the instruments, I do not show any levels on the VU meter. I have read other threads related to this and am at a loss.

    Do you have a midi track that points to Drummer as its source?

    Otherwise the VST may be pointing to the wrong source folder for its sounds. Could be broken in the registry.

    Did you load it as a simple instrument track or with the box checked to create the first audio output? If not, you will need to insert an audio track and set the input of that track to SD2 (assuming SD2 is loaded in the synth rack, and not in the FX bin of an audio track). If all this is right, and there's no activity in the track meter, do you see activity in the meters in SD2's Mixer view?

    Thanks guys, I reloaded and tried your suggestions and I am up and running. Sonar forum and it's users rock! :-)
