Moving Keybindings from old DAW to NEW...

Where exactly are they located and can they be imported to the new DAW?

I'm not sure which outcome you wanted so here's both options

if you mean importing key bindings for pro-tools/logic/cubase - mine are located in the folder with the file path beloww

    C:\Documents and Settings\Jon Constantine\Application Data\Cakewalk\SONAR 8.5 Producer

bear in mind, application data is a hidden folder so you may need open your user documents and settings and then type in "Application Data\Cakewalk\SONAR 8.5 Producer" in the address bar (change the last folder to whatever version of sonar your using (E.G "Sonar 7 Studio")

    ---------

I've just been moving settings from my old PC to new system, and have been exporting my settings to a designated folder on my system (to make it easier to find). I've also been using a program called drop-box to send the files automatically to my other computer (basically allows me to sync a folder on both computers, whatever I put in one of the folders, it will automatically appear in the other, been really handy for swapping small files)
Setting up keybindings are found in options >> key bindings

and at the bottom of the right hand side you can export/import as you need

    hope that helps

On the old DAW, choose Options > Key Bindings.
    Click the Export button.
Choose a location (like the Desktop) to save the Key Bindings file.
Copy that file over to the new DAW.

On the new DAW, open SONAR and choose Options > Key Bindings.
    Click the Import button.
Locate the copied file and select it.
    Click Open.

    That should do it...
