The strangest bapu I have ever known...

well....the only bapu I have ever known actually...

    I sometimes wonder if it's just because it's an old flip-top model with three big knobs, a metal horn and a vu meter.

    A design like that is bound to lead to certain eccentricities these days.

    Yup, at least one of them works really well it is supposed to lower the tone.
