Navigating Denial

All of us are in denial about something.

Sometimes it is as simple as thinking we are prettier than we really are or as complex as thinking we are the chosen one. Each of us has at least one delusion about ourselves that we try to deny. I  tried to get that feeling out in this piece of music.

Since I am the greatest composer who ever lived  , it was quite easy.

Denial and living in a fantasy world are closely related.

been MIA for a week or so on here. wow there's a lot of new songs...ok.

careful now Ron, this is almost hummable! strong string programming on this one. as usual percussion is multi-faceted and varied. it is a bit less overwhelming than in some of your more recent pieces too.. don't wanna be getting typecast! initially i felt there was a bit much reverb, some of the subtler things get a little lost, and even the non-stringed instruments. nice change of tempi thru the piece.

btw have you seen the orchestra library resampling thing going on in the producer forum? there's now a prize for the best one of the entire garritan library...sounds like it might be down your street as the winner is gonna go to the one people think sounds more realistic...and you are so good at that articulations/cc stuff.
