EMU 1616m and Sonar Producer 8 64bit - No Sound

EMU 1616m and Sonar Producer 8 64bit - No Sound

I am having a problem with no sound after upgrading to Windows 7 64bit and Sonar Producer 64bit.  The EMU 1616m audio/midi interface I have been using with success under Vista and SP32bit is not working now.  I have loaded the current Beta drivers for Windows 7 that are on the EMU site but still nothing works.
 
Sonar recognizes the drivers and audio files play with metering but still no sound.
 
I have emailed tech support at EMU and have even called tech support at Sweetwater Sound where I purchased the unit but am not getting any timely responses. 
 
If any of you have suggestions I would be most appreciative to hear them.

    Do you have PatchMix set up correctly? In addition to installing all the drivers, you have to have PatchMix installed and routed, otherwise, no-go. Also, make sure that your Sonar tracks are routed to Master. Sometimes they default to ASIO 31/32 or something else and you won't be able to hear anything although the meters will be moving.
