Rapture 1.2.2 Program Bug?

I've making Kicks in Rapture.
I can both save and recall the program back in to Rapture with last saved settings, no worries.
However, I have hit on a problem on playback when using the piano roll of my DAW(s):

One of the elements (of 3) reverts its' transposition back to zero as soon as I start play. This issue is consistent in Sonar LE 8.5 and FL Studio. Im wonering if there is a bug in the Rapture update or is there something in the program I need to tweak to stop this action?

Help will be gratefully received.

    OK. The problem is now resolved. I reset the keyboard controller back to factory setup and my newly created kick programs in Rapture work fine. Lesson learnt.
