Dimension Pro "Real Basses"

Are the "real bass" samples missing the lower octave? That is, the low E to B flat, and the lower B below that (like on a 5 string).

Yeah some of them do, some samples are mapped to just some of the keys, i was geting it with violins, wouldn't go lower than A on the 4th octave, but if you scan through the real basses, you'll find the samples that are for the lower notes, you'll have to use two elements(one for upper and lower)

Thanks for the reply chregg but, I"m not sure I understand you. Yes, there are some bass patches that have the lower notes and some that don't. Are you saying I need to combine 2 different prog.s to achieve the full spectrum of notes? Or are you saying there is another way? What do you mean by "scan through the real basses"?

    Thanks

combine 2 progs to get the full spectrum of notes, what i mean by scan is go to the multisamples folder where they are and go through them

just an update. The real basses are mapped an octave higher in DimPro. Or some of them anyway.
