Options on Bounce Tracks and Export

With audio tracks, when using Edit>Bounce to Tracks....  or File>Export>Audio...  you get very similar dialog boxes.  The option of interest is Source Category.  Assuming that you have all the Mix Enable options checked, and assuming that you only have one main output, is Source Category Main Outputs the same as Entire Mix?
