I buy most of my computer parts at: http://www.newegg.com/

they tend to have the most competitive prices and the widest selection.

    http://www.tigerdirect.com/ is a good alternative.

    toshiba A205

    That's a laptop, right?
What makes you think you can find a compatible upgrade (not replacement) motherboard for a retail laptop? Maybe someone is selling something that will fit the box but you have to understand that these machines are never intended to be upgraded except perhaps to swap memory or a hard drive. Most of these boards are apparently special ordered to fit the proprietary case, and everything is packed in like a swiss watch by specialty assembly plants in China. When it is time to upgrade a laptop MB it is more or less time to buy a new laptop.
