slow graphic-refresh-rate (plugins) Win7x64 UAD2

Hi,

I finally switched to Win7x64 on my main PC. I don't really like it(yet), but I'll just stick to it..

Sonar 8(x64) is working ok so far. I loaded a project with some UAD plugins and it seems that the graphics (meters) on those plugins have like 8 fps.
Saying they really run in slow motion. I haven't gone into testing too much, so I cant tell if it only happens with 32-bit plugins.

My System is not necessarily up-2-date hardware-wise, but it ran flawlessly on WinXP-32bit.

Any insights on this ?
thanks
Frank

Is it just with the plug-ins? Or is it the entire SONAR interface?

If it's the entire interface, try pressing the Pause/Break key on your PC keyboard to toggle SONAR's CPU conservation mode.

    Thanks Scott,
I've thought about the "Pause"-Key,.. didn't try it out as I had the impression that everything else just ran fine (now-time-marker)
I am at home in 2 hours.. and hopefully have more time to check on that issue..
But it seems that this is not a common issue,.. I rarely have time to look into these forums to keep me updated..
