Need customer service!

Does anyone have an extension for customer service that will work?  The website won't give me a registration code for Music Creator 4 or an email address to contact them.  Any help is appreciated.

    the website wouldn't navigate for me at the time... and the phone lines would not get me through to anyone.  for some reason i keep buying from them even though it's a hassle.

    love this message board though.
