Dimension Pro and "rip chords"

Has anyone worked with dimension pro and guitar programs? I want to ad a rip chord to the sequence. That is, a chord that does not contain "real notes". A chord that a guitar player would mute the strings with his left hand, not fretting any notes, and strum with his right hand, getting that percussive sound. You know what I mean. Is it possible with DimPro?

Thanks

DimPro is a sampler - you would have to sample your percusive sound and input them via SFZ code into DimPro.  I doubt if it would give you the "feel" of the intended effect.

I havn't used dimension pro in a while but I seem to remember something in the guitar section that would give you "guitar noises" like fret noises, string bends, harmonics, and quite possibly the muted percussives you asked about.  As AT mentioned, I think you would have a hard time getting the right feel out of any of it but it's worth a shot.
