Dumb and Dumber

SO I always mix my tracks and then once I bounce down to a stereo track. I delete the rest and rename the new project (songtitle)mix. Last song I did Sonar had a blip and closed before I could do this and I lost all my song tracks. Autosave has the same mix track. Is there anyway/where I can recover the tracks for this project?

thanks in advance

Try looking in the audio folder for the audio tracks. Import then into the new project.

Next time don't delete anything simply export the stereo file and open it in a new project to master. Keep the old project around for in case you want to change anything.
