ASIO Driver and Input/Output Question

I installed a new MOTU Ultralite hybrid on my computer yesterday. When I chose the ASIO drivers, Sonar only gives me odd numbered inputs and outputs i.e. Input 1, 3, etc. Output 1, 3, etc. When I swtiched back to WDM drivers, all of the inputs/outputs were present.  Might someone explain what is causing this?
Many thanks!

Not at my DAW.....but, check CueMix and see if your strips are set up as stereo. If that's the case, IIRC, output 1 & 2 (left and right if set up as stereo in Cuemix) will show up as the odd-numbered channel in Sonar.
