I use a TC Konnect (same overall company) and it is very nice - conversion (yea, they use the same chips as RME and well done electronics around it) is good. TC has been doing highquality conversion at least since the finaliser days. It should be up to the job. The Impact preamps are good, too. Better than the ART tubes (if the mp is any guide). Don't know about the RNP stuff.
The latency looks to be a problem, but might not be for your purposes if they have some kind of monitoring.
I think their was a discussion on one of these boards about one of the TC products - take a look. The guy liked it a lot. You should also check on the TC forums. There should be some good info there.
