session drummer 2 recording multiple outputs

I am new to this software so thanks for patience.

I have been reading and playing with sonar studio 8.5 and session drummer 2.
I think I am not seeing something clearly with SD 2.

I understand how to drag the midi pattern into the track and it plays fine. But how do you do this when you choose multiple tracks for the drums ?

After i do this I have a midi pattern and 7 or 8 drum track outputs.

what happens next ?

do I need to bounce them to an audio track individuallly ?

I want to have separate audio drum tracks.

the midi is 1 track.. the separate outs are just that.. IF you specifiy it .. seperate audio channels.

if you turn on draw waveform, for each "Out" you'll see.. when a kick / snare etc hit..

you can bounce the "main" out ... and / or bounce the separate outs also.. yep by specifying separate outs that's what your allowing for.

turn waveforms on for the audio outs.. and you'll see what I mean hopefully

I messed around with it and finally was able to do what you said. And it worked !!!

I didnt have the waveform preview on and also I may not have not have had the SD synth open which may have affected it.

The other thing seemed to be dragging the Midi pattern to an empty track.

In any case I think I am good (for now).

Appreciate the help and fast response !
