Opening GT4 project in GT4Pro

Hi all,
 
I am working with a friend he purchased VS 20 with GT4 this installed no prob and worked fine.  He has now upgraded to GT4Pro which he has installed and after a few tweaks we got it working.  However when he tries to open a project he created in GT4 he gets an error message that says that certain data elements in the file will not translate then it crashes.
 
Any clues as to what might be the problem.
