BIG TROUBLE SD3-PLAYBACK IS Ok

Hey ...
 
BIG TROUBLE SD3-PLAYBACK - tryin to use some drum midifiles with SD3 - stereo track or multitrack.
    Ive loaded SD3 and use the mediabrowser to play files
 moving a file to the track console veiw and press play and the AUDIO ENGINE STOPP its sound for a couple of seconds
 (The audio engine gets dark - on top, but one bottom meny its says engine on)
 
anyone?? has an idea what could be the problem?? ?

    ive added the spec. can it be a teleport problem ??

    I think there were some SD3 updates in the free SPE8.5 updates. Make sure you install both, in order, there are two of them.

    SPE8.5 is up to SPE8.5.3 now.

    Can't quite remember for sure though ...

    Sound card make and model and settings along with pc specs would be good to list, as the card and its settings may have something to do with it

    Hey :-)

    Soundcard = Sonar v-studio VS-700R

    Ive got my "old"  xp PC wich im only using for REAC recording with my Roland M-400 systemconnected through Ediriol FA66 for up to 40 channels of live recording. I did the same setup on this pc and it works flawlessly....
     
    I use one pc for only recording because its been very stable with no hickups. When im finshed i copy the projekt to my server, then ill copy it to my editing pc.
    When im finsished editing ill copy back the prosject to the server and make a copy on an external disk.

    Ill try to compare the settings on the two pc

    Hey again.... Seems like i solved it.

    Solution :
    I wanted a multitrack for drum so i can edit each drum.
    I ll go too my syntrack and insert a SD3  soft synth.
    On insert soft synth option id checked: Synt track folder and all synt stereo out
    I ll set up the drumset for each channel and press plas and it plays (just som seconds)
    At the same time i dig f\get a message ogf teleport server (some plugin trouble i think) that did confuse me.

    Solution:
    You  also have to check the midi source on the insert soft synth thes make a new midi channel for playback and be sure the i/o are correct output should say SD3. NOW IM HAPPY AGAIN :-  ))))
