Recovering wave form graphics in tracks after hard crash?

Is there a way to recover the wave form that shows up in the audio track graphics? I had a hard crash last night (many, many times now - though I suspect it might have something to do with my antivirus and not so much Sonar) and after restarting I found that all of my audio tracks now appeared without the waveform graphics on them. I can still play the tracks and hear the sound, but I really need for the waveform graphic to show.

    Right click on the preview

    Properties

Audio file tab click recompute pictures button answer yes to dialogue box.

I think you can select multiple clips.

Thank you very much. I've owned Sonar since version 3 and I've never had to do this.

I also don't believe I have checked out the online manual. Apparently I need to do some reading... :)
