USB Interface and Upgrade

I saw that there is a USB interface for Guitar Tracks 4. If I have GTP3 , if I order the lower priced upgrade, does it include the USB Interface, or do I have to buy GTP4 outright?

    My understanding is the interface and GTP4 is a bundled item.  They have only bundled it with the full version, not the upgrade, so you will not receive the interface if you buy the upgrade.
