Dual video monitor question

I just set up a second computer monitor (using MC4) and I can not seem to drag my track view or any view over to the 2nd screen. The only thing I can move to the 2nd screen is the transport bar........Any advice? What am I not doing right?

    you have to "enable floating" (or some such wording). It's in the help file.

    ASUS P8P67, i7-2600K, CORSAIR 16GB, HIS 5450, 3 Samsung SSD 850, Win7 64, RME AIO.
