(Track) 'Worried Soul'. My 1st go at posting a track

Hi all
        Something we don't get much of here, a blues track.
Here's the story.
        When I was a starving art student I played guitar in a blues band, my 1st band.
It's also the only band I've been in I have no recordings of, so to make up for the loss I
decided I'd record some of the songs we did, (the one's I could remember).
       It also gave me the excuse to play guitar the way I have'nt done in a few decades.
See what you think.
Some of this was done in P5.
I hope the link works, I've never tried doing one before.

    Not bad for a several decade break.  Nice organ playing, good growl.  Not much to add - its the blues, man.  That, and don't wait another 20 years to do your next song.

    Hi, Rosco! Great tempo and blues vibe. The vocal is quite good too, though definitely in need of professional mixing. What part of the song did you do in P5?

      Yeah, the mix is a bit rough, but then the band was called 'rough mix'
    One thing that has suprised me is the number of people who have complemented the vocal.
    This is the first time I have ever sung on a song, when I've played in bands I never did backing vocals either.
    I only sang on this and the other songs I have just done was because I had no one else to do it for me.
    It still makes me cringe when I hear my own voice singing, I don't know why. I am much happier standing at the back
    playing guitar.
      The P5 stuff. I did the drums, organ & rhythm guitar in P5, then transfered them into Logic Pro. I only used the Midi
    from the drums & organ and used Logic's own instruments. The guitar was ok so I used it as it was with minimal tweaking.

    Rosco, it is probably normal to cringe when hearing your own voice singing a recorded song :)

    I think people compliment your voice because it is great and has a bit of a unique sound to it, an edge if you will.  I LOVE it.  Really if you were in a new band you should be the singer, no kidding.  Everything sounds great.  Way above my technical skill for playing and all.  WELL DONE!  Impressvie track.
