Real time VST effects

Hi,

I'm using "Guitar Tracks 4" (VS20) and I would like to record a guitar using real time VST effects, what are the track settings needed to achive that?..

And after that, in playback mode, would I be able to aply "reverb" and "delay" via the track's "EQ", in the recorded track?..

That is, can I have my recorded track combined with the VST effects aplayed.. and the track's "EQ" (Low/Hi Reverb/Delay)?..

Many thanks,
Guel VS20

Nothing fancy. Just insert the effect(s) in the track FX bin, and turn on Input Echo.
The track itself is recorded dry (no effects), but you will hear it playing through the effect. This is particularly useful for amp sims, when you really need to hear what the sim is doing.
Any effect, EQ, reverb, etc can be applied later, during playback and mixing.
Experiment, read your manuals, browse these forums. There's a lot you can do, and familiarity and knowledge will help you find the way.
