yamaha mo8 problems

ok i have few problems with my yamaha mo 8 (JUST BOUGHT FEW WEEKS GO!!) Ship to me
right now i want throw this thang out the window lol
 
problems
 
1.When i press down on my sustain pedal i get sustain (good)
bad when i realse the sustyain pedal i still get sustain on my sound without pressing the pedal
or i would my sound wont have sustain sound until i rec and play it back
 
2. Sometimes i stop my play back take few min break but when i go back press play
my sounds switch back to ap (acustic piano)
 
3. After leaveing it on for few mins i got move 1 my faders and 2 faders move at once on screen
 
4. The arp only effects one channel but all my chs. say arp is on why??
 
I called yamaha they sdaid is miss up or has dirt in it (just bought it few weeks go)
They said take back to the dealer (guitar center) guitar center say ship it up to yamaha
 
I need help if anyone useing this keyboard or can me some advice right now im getting the run round
i got this keyboard for my birthday and im trying get some songs get sigin hollywood recs hopefully
if anyone know repair store of yamaha in houston let me know too

    i got on the yamaha update site and it says lated update
    is 1.02

    i check update on mine keyboard says 1.03..
    but not on the yamaha site..
    could some updated mine useing the S90 xs/s70 xs by mistake?? looks like it?? lol

    if guitar center won't take it back then you need to send it to yamaha.  call them and tell them it's broken and you want an RMA for a repair or replacement.  be assertive but not rude.

    talk to tech support at yamaha and walk thru whatever hoops they think you need to do before sending it back to them but get them to resolve it.  it's not just "dirt"

    so tell yamaha about that.  I'm not sure how that could happen.

    me ethier but i hope it the case so i dont got ship back just wish i can call now and find out lol
     
    But i do know lot dealers sometimes update there instruments and some how put wrong one in there
    if there was update 1.03 i would be able find it on the site
    and lot times updates dont change nothan except bugs
    as long the equipment can read the file it updates
    (Ex.) i can take the mpc 2500 update and update 1000 with it
    but than the 1k will start trying act like the 2500 than miss up because the feat in 2500 aint there.

    I was thinking bout trying the updat see if fixes it..
    im really wanting get on my music lol

    another prsbilty is the update it self when i install the new update for my mpc 1000
    the chop sample feat was very slow and akai said it was side effct of the update

    Don't bother with any software updates. This is a hardware problem. It should still be under warranty, so take it back to GC. If they jerk you around, get the telephone number for Yamaha service from them before telling them off.


    All else is in doubt, so this is the truth I cling to.

    i called guitar center the manger i bought my keyboard from said the update in the keyboard
    is wrong and to put 1.02 she said if dat didint fix it if dont work call back let her know and she'll replace it even though been over my 30 days

    i think yamaha is skrewing people over i read on yamaha fourm lot mo6/mo8
    came with 1.03 update
    but yamaha refuse place update on there site because it has some bugs..

    ok im taken my keyboard back tommrow the thang is still miss up the manger told me bring it and they relace it for me
