It intercepts the MIDI coming from my edrum kit as I play in real time with little latency and controls velocity, crosstalk between pads, machine gunning, false triggering, ect. Also allows for MIDI mapping. It looks real promising for high-hat control as it allows for multi-zone pads. I am currently using Supperior Drummer 3 that comes with Producer, but it doesn't allow any such editing for MIDI signals. I would like to get the Steven Slate Drums. Does it allow this control? If so, I might not need eTrigger as right now it is very buggy.
