I decided to buy a new PC rather than putting any more money into my current setup. The slight upgrade from a E6600 to a Q6600 or Q6700 just didn't see worth the time, risk, and money. If you are curious what I ended up buying instead, see this topic: http://forum.cakewalk.com/tm.aspx?m=2125603
