BCF2000 - Mackie Emulation - HELP!!!

Hey everyone , first post here and looking for some help!!

I just got a bcf2000 (behringer) and I am using it with sonar 8 . I wanted to have parameter feedback so I have been trying to get that to work. I try the mackie control emulation and when I set the bcf all the faders go to zero and when I try to move them they momentarily stay then just revert back to zero which is obviously useless. I have been getting really frustrated trying to figure this out , it works fine in normal mode but I really want to see those faders move!!!

I run a creamware project ad/da setup , I thought that may be what was causing the issue but it still does it when I do it with nothing plugged in (usb). Is there something I am missing or doing wrong??

The firmware on the bcf is 1.10
