Convert .pya to .pac?

I recently bought Audio creator because Pyro 3.0 wouldn't run on my Windows 7 computer.  I was excited to see what new features it may have, but horrified to find out there's a new file type for projects, which means I lose all my old work.  Does anyone know if there's a way to convert .pya files to the new .pac?
