new tune: Requiem - Tribute to the brave troops of the Great War - Buy A Poppy Please!

Hi there.
We wrote this as a tribute to the countless men and women who died in the Great War ( 1914 - 1918 ). We must not ever forget just what these people sacrificed. Remember to go buy a poppy!!!

Its all done in Sonar Producer 8.53. Every day i get to use this software is a blessing for creativity

    nice sentiments. not sure about the music, it wasn't what i was expecting from the intro! some interesting ideas in there, though the youtube mp3 player ain't great. nice guitar playing, and the singing ain't too bad!
    you can sell your song thru cdbaby, itunes, soundclick to name a few...

    Yea, I wasn't really expecting rock for such a tribute.  Interesting.  Very well done, musically and technically.  It sounds very good.  And I liked the VO - nice touch.

    As far as selling it - I think I'd approach the Poppy Appeal or someone/thing associated with them.  I'm in the states so I'm familiar w/ it marginally.

    And drop the video - you have BBC bugs all over it and "Paths of Glory" is pretty well known.  Copyright infringement is not the best way to drum up commercial interest.
