Best Pitch & Tempo Plugins for Cakewalk Sonar or PC? (VST)

I am trying to find a program/plugin that I can change the tempo and pitch of an audio clip with that will work for Cakewalk Sonar (64bit Vista) because I sold my Rane SL1 DJ software and have a Rane TTM 57SL now which I would like to avoid traveling with just to change audio clips tempos, if anyone has suggestions that would be awesome! Thanks so muc.

Basically I need something that will act like a turntable with key lock, pitch shift, and give me a wide range of tempo control (ex 110bpm to 175bpm)
