Is that the snap value in the control bar?

It looks as tho we now have the snap value visible and selectable immediately instead of buried in a 2nd level drop down...

Excellent! That's gonna save me a LOT of time... I must change that value a hundred times/day many days...

    Yes, there is a new Snap module in the new Control Bar. You can quickly choose a new snap value without having to open a dialog box.

    That's great.

    How about the display grid function that follows the snap to grid settings in the track view?

    Is that easier to switch on than it became with the AudioSnap vTransitional.0 changes we had in 8.5?

    Very Cool! This alone will save me a lot of work/time so here's hoping the new editing methods don't force me to lose my current work flow while adding some of the new benefits...

    I'm guessing that as so much was devoted to the gui that the individual departments (PRV/Staff?etc.) Haven't changed much? I hope I'm right and wrong... Tho I love the majority of editing features, there have been some issues in need of attention for far too long... So I personally need to maintain what methods work well for me while improving the issues that have caused me excess energy... ;-)

    I'm thinking positive as the Bakers have always had the right idea at the time even if at the cost of dealing with other issues...
