1-888 Number Down?

Just tried calling it for some upgrade info and the not-in-service lady came on instead. I'm calling 1-888-225-3925. That is right... Right? :)

Trying to see the procedure of upgrading from Sonar 5 to 8.5.

Just need to know if I have to have 5 installed and then upgrade or what happens.

So the toll-free number is down for you guys too?

But you don't need to call them; do it online.
When you place your order, you'll find a space with pricing options. Click the upgrade option that applies to you. They'll ask for the serial number of the product you have and the email you used when registering that product.
If all the info is correct, you'll get it at the upgrade price.

    Thanks Gregy.

That was the part that was confusing me however. I went through the online store and chose the $199.99 version for upgrading from Sonar 5. I got to the payment method stage and it still hadn't asked for my previous key. Is it after I purchase it they ask for it?

I didn't get that far. They wanted my credit card number first and I forgot what Bapus' number is, so...
Anyway I went though the process of ordering the thing in order to check where it asks you to prove that you are a registered purchaser, but I didn't go past the credit card page. It's been a long time since i ordered anything from them.
Maybe they just go by email addresses?
