Audio Metrodome for 8.5

Help sombody.
All of a sudden I have no audio metronome. In the property window it's not recognizing the metronome folder. There is nothing listed in the two sound windows. Every things checked as it should be. I've tried copying the metronome folder to several sonar directory with no luck. I've reinstalled Sonar and that didn't help either. Any ideas?

Its metronome. The metrodome is in Minnesota.

Make sure you're using the audio metronome, unless you have an external synthesizer,

Make sure it is routed to a bus that can be heard like the master bus?

I don't think it's that, again there is nothing listed in the "first beat" "other beat" window, it's blank and no way to direct it to the metronome folder

Make sure that you haven't decided that you have no need for GroovePlayer.dll and have deleted it.  This is what SONAR uses to render the audio metronome.

Thanks Dan, that could have been it I won't know for sure. I ended up doing a complete uninstall including going in to Regedit and deleting those files (not recomended unless familiar with Regedit) Then restarted and did a clean install. That worked!! I don't think I deleted GrovePlayer, but who knows.

It's also possible to make GroovePlayer.dll quit working by removing or misdirecting the two CLSID's in the registry that the DirectX mechanism uses to locate the dll.  They are buried in an incomprehensible list of "meaningless" numbers under HKLM\Software\Classes\CLSID.  This is what a reinstall restores.
