Sonar 8.5 64bit Third party plugins

On my Laptop I'm running the 64bit ver of 8.5. None of my third party FX are listed in Sonar. In Audio FX none of my Sony pluins are visible as well as things like BBE Maximizer. Any Ideas?

    Run a scan. Options-Global-VST Plug-ins-Scan VST folders.

    Outboard: Mackie 1402-VLZ mixer, TC Helicon VoiceLive 2, Digitech Vocalist WS EX, PODXTLive, various stompboxes and stuff. 
    Controllers: Korg nanoKONTROL, Wacom Bamboo Touchpad
