I guess I am dumb , I don't get who or what the satire is about Spockpit with the rock opera thing at the end Beagle I did get the spaceballs reference but am missing the star wars ... guess I am more a trekkie than a star wars nerd LOL

I found Spockpit's dissertation to be extraodinarily brief. I don't mean that it was about extraordinary briefs, of course. (or was it?) I only meant that its length appeared to be significantly less than I would have expected.
