assigning my keyboard

hi i have a m-audio oxygen v8 and i was wondering if any of you guys know how to assign it to the transport menu etc

    you would need to use ACT.  but I don't know how to use it because I've never messed with it.  check the help files for help on how to assign the knobs and sliders to MC using ACT.
