#1. When cooking frozen individual steak & mushroom pies, loosen the tin foil bases prior to placing in the oven, thus enabling easier removal of said pies when cooked. You're welcome.

#4 - Even 'instant' mash requires some preparation. Add boiling water first. Not to make it taste any better but to prevent it from leeching every trace of internal bodily fluid from your system. Better still eat the packaging instead.
