What's the procedure for obtaining the pdf manual when it's released?

I know there's a heated discussion going on regarding the pdf manual but that's not what I'm posting about. I'm just looking for the best way to know when it's released and what the correct procedure is for getting it when it's ready.
 
I rarely visit these forums and I'm afraid if I just trust to bumping into a post when the pdf is announced it'll come and go without my notice. I read somewhere yesterday that for previous download versions of Sonar you had to go to a page and submit a request for the file. That works for me as long as I know what I'm supposed to do.
 
Seth, Brandon - could you please recommend the best approach for folks like me who don't come 'round that often to get the word when the pdf is ready? I'd love to hang around the forums all day, but I've got this hot new piece of software that I'm dying to play with.
