YIKES! I wouldn't trust the link CJ put up there to do anything other than force a complete re-install. Try a patch re-install first and if it doesn't work again after a reboot run the windows System File Checker (SFC) . I am assuming XP here, so make sure you have your OS installation media handy. If it has got corrupted or something has over-installed the wrong version it will put it back right again. It's the kernel dll so errors there are often to do with something Explorer is trying to do maybe a dodgy system tray icon or some such.

Really - that link is one of the type I wouldn't trust at all either. It's solution is not very reliable anyway. But not all NTDLL errors are accurate. It may be other things and solvable easier than what that link suggests. More often than not, a bad plugin or a bad / corrupt installation can cause that to "appear" to be the cause when in fact it's not the NTDLL at all.

Yes, with respect to CJ, please do not follow that link. The web is rife with 'I'll clean out your registry, and while I'm at it I'll just install something to keep an eye on all your keystrokes, just in case' software. This is a prime example.
